Being an artist I see things differently
than most people. When I read your manuscript I see pictures, not words. This
ability allows me to envision pages for your book and I love to have any
suggestions you see for your book as well. I work with my sketch book to put
down both our ideas so we can choose what works best. I work closely with you
to make sure your vision is realized. My work is predominately in ink and
watercolor as well as Paint Shop Pro. I can do realistic or fantasy, old
fashion or modern. I am best known for "Golden Book" or
"Old Fairytale" style like your favorite books when you were a
child. I love my work; every book is like a new adventure to me. I work in
a timely manner, most children's books are 24 to 36 pages, and it generally takes me about
3 months to complete. Since I am an independent illustrator I
don't have to pay the publishing company a fee and you don't have to pay the
inflated Illustrator package price that publishers charge. It is a "win-win"
scenario, you pay less, have more control, plus someone to help you navigate
